Don’t be a victim! This workshop will cover and explain predatory services and non-traditional banking services that should be avoided, including but not limited to: Payday Loans, Check Cashing Services, Rent to Own, Pawnshops and title loan vendors. We’ll also tell you how to respond to people who try to sell services over the phone or claim they are calling from an organization such as the IRS. This will be taught by one of the Roxbury Center’s trained staff.
